Objective 1
Language and history
Description
We want to improve the language skills of teachers and students. We will know more about the countries (we want to travel to) by looking for common historical events, as well as knowing our history better. To talk about these events, we must expand our vocabulary in English language and make the base communicative phrases automatic. Beside we also learn mutual respect, learning about different culture and awareness of our own history. This objective is linked to the strengthening of teachers' language skills. They can make this competence stronger in any of the language course or by meeting (online or face to face) other teachers from different schools. We will prepare concrete lessons about history to watch historical movies in English language. We suppose that English language will bet the main language used for communication, but we can also use German or Russian language as we teach them in our school too. Pupils with special educational needs will also work on it but in a very simple way.
Timing
When do you expect to see results for this objective?
The results of this objective will be seen in a comparison test at the beginning of the activity and also in the end of the activity in the evaluation questionnaire where the pupils can use the self - assessment to say how do they feel. The result will be known at the end of the activity - we think about two years if we focus specifically on history. Language skills are developed throughout the project.
Objective 2
STEM
Explanation

Teachers who teach maths, biology, geography have received training through European schoolnet. We teach this subject from the available hours, and we still lack experience in implementing it in the school curriculum, integration and interweaving of the different subjects. For this reason, one of the objectives of STEM is to compare experiences in different schools and to adapt the teaching of the subject to school conditions. This goal will not only link the different subjects, but also strengthen the language area. In the classroom, students can create a subject-specific dictionary that will appropriate to their language level. The current era places higher demands on pupils, especially in the area of IT technology - we will use computer programs to monitor problem tasks. At the same time, different levels of tasks can be set. Along with bringing the subject matter to reality, teachers explain the relevance of the material itself to life and provide immediate feedback to students.
Timing
When do you expect to see results for this objective?
The result of this goal will be given by the full implementation into the school educational programme – i.e., the prerequisite is the complete introduction of the subject from the 2nd grade to the 6th – 8th grade. At the same time, sample problem tasks will be developed. In addition to this lesson, teachers can also invite classes from the 1st grade to teach and show pupils interesting experiments that will be fully connected with life around us. Another possibility where we can see the results are evaluation questionnaires - at the beginning of the period and at the end of the project.
Objective 3:
Support for gifted, exceptionally gifted and active pupils in primary education.

Every school meets with inclusion. In addition to pupils with special educational needs (dyslexia, dysgraphia, ADHD and others), this also includes gifted and exceptionally gifted pupils. We started working regularly with these pupils about 10 years ago. This work includes searching, identifying and working with these pupils. We would like to share our knowledge and learn a little more from other schools through mutual exchange of experience with schools that have the same interest. The thesis will focus on the 1st stage of primary education and how to continue the education of these pupils at the 2nd stage. If this work succeeds, the number of pupils who go to multi-year grammar schools will also decrease. Not all methods of work are suitable for every school, so we will seek out and subsequently cooperate with schools that have solved similar problems and share their experience.
Timing
When do you expect to see results for this objective?
We anticipate a two-year sub-project in this area - from finding a school with a similar interest, through the exchange of experience and mutual visits, during which we will share materials that we use and are suitable for pupils. It seems appropriate to include this objective after improving language competence, which will be at the beginning of the entire project period. The results will be summarised at the end of the project period.
Objective 4
Teamwork between teachers and students

The aim is to support and develop teamwork in terms of planning and the setting of objectives in all areas of the educational process. Teamwork of both teachers and pupils is very important for achieving goals. Planning of teaching methods and assessment from the teacher's point of view, joint planning with pupils always taking into account their age. But it is in sport that teamwork is most evident, where we learn respect, consideration and understanding of individuality. The goal will also be linked to a healthy lifestyle and understanding of different lifestyles. Teaching pupils to understand the differences of individuals and respect for others is one of the important aspects of the educational process.
Timing
When do you expect to see results for this objective?
The results of this objective will be available at the end of each project period. When playing together, teachers will be able to see the pupils' behaviour towards each other, they will be able to compare the beginning and the end of the reporting period. The evaluation questionnaire will give us feedback on the success of this objective. At the end of this sub-project, teachers will be able to evaluate the teamwork, linking the different subjects that will be necessary for the implementation - physical education, computer science, biology, civics and a foreign language.

The first year focuses on objectives related to talent support, teacher training, shadowing and short-term student exchange.
